		Please use the MSWord or Open Office.org templates available for download to help you to prepare your abstract.

		When your abstract is ready, please, proceed to Step 2: Abstract Submission.

		Step 2: Abstract Submission

		Please fill-out the online abstract submission form.
		This form should be sent from 05^th January to 01^st May 2009
		For Late Abstract submission please contact directly the organising committee for availaibilities.

		Notification

		Notification for type of presentation (acceptance for oral or poster communication): 11^th May 2009
		Participants, author list and abstracts will be available on line at this date.
